These programs are education and support projects for teachers. We hope that you find the resources in this section useful in answering your wetland management questions and directing you to further resources in your area.

The school education programme caters for day visits from students at all levels of schooling and meets the requirements of the NSW Environmental Education Policy 2000. While excursion programmes deliver outcomes for HSIE & Science, other subject areas can also be covered, such as Art, LOTE.

Topics are arranged in levels to cater for students across a range
Students will be introduced to a wide range of birds, macroinvertebrates, fish and animals which depend on wetlands.

Students will analyze individual features of a wetland and how they they are connected.

Students will have a better appreciation for what wetlands do and how these functions result in environmental, social and economic values.
